FUNCTION: Putative pheromone receptor implicated in the regulation of social and reproductive behavior. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Note: Encoded on the X chromosome rather than in the V1RA/V1RB gene cluster on chromosome 6. It is unclear whether this is due to gene duplication or an artifact.
