PRRG2, also known as Proline Rich Gla (G-Carboxyglutamic Acid) 2, is a 179 amino acid protein that is 20 kDa. Little is currently known about its function. This protein is being studied for its involvement in thyroiditis. The PRRG2 protein has also shown an interaction with NEDD4, PXN and VCL proteins.
