Description
OR2W3, also known as Olfactory receptor 2W3, is a 34.8 kDa, 314 amino acid protein that is involved in reception and transduction of odor signals as a member of the olfactory receptor gene family. Current research is being conducted to determine the effect of the protein on diseases and disorders such as neuronitis and azoospermia. The protein interacts in signal transduction pathways with OR1A1, OR10G3, OR52E6, OR1A2, and OR5P3.
