Description
The MEB-38 immunoglobulin reacts with Trinitrophenol (TNP). The isotype of this antibody is mouse (C57BL/6) IgE,kappa. This monoclonal antibody was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of resting, activated, live, and fixed mouse, rat and human tissues. It is useful as a standard in mouse IgE ELISA.
