FBXO39, or F-Box Only Protein 39, consists of a 442 amino acid isoform that is 53 kDa, and is involved in substrate recognition within a larger complex. Current research is being conducted on the relationship between FBXO39 and colon cancer. The protein is not linked to any pathways or biological processes and has not been found to interact with any other proteins.
