Description

The Exosome Detection (Western Blot) Antibody Pack contains antibodies from each category recommended by the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV) for characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs), with data on exosomes published in peer-reviewed journals. It includes three tetraspanins (CD9, CD63, and CD81), one intracellular protein associated with multivesicular body (MVB) formation (TSG101), and one chaperone protein (HSP70). The pack also contains two antibodies to determine the degree of contamination of exosome prep with secretory vesicles (Calnexin) and circulating free protein (albumin). All antibodies have been validation for use in western blotting.
