Description
The Exosome Detection (Simple Western) Antibody Pack contains antibodies from each category recommended by the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV) for characterization of extracellular vesicles (EVs). It includes one tetraspanin (CD63), one intracellular protein associated with multivesicular body (MVB) formation (TSG101), and one chaperone protein (HSP70). The pack also contains an antibody to determine the degree of contamination of exosome prep with secretory vesicles (Calnexin). All antibodies have been validation for use in Simple Western.
