Description
DIRAS2, also known as GTP-binding protein Di-Ras2, consists of a 199 amino acid isoform that is 22 kDa, and is located in the cell membrane of brain cells, though its specific function is unknown. There is no current disease research involving DIRAS2. DIRAS2 has been linked to GTPase mediated signal transduction, through which it interacts with CALM1, CALM2, CALM3, MYC, and YWHAB.
