Description
The CL-01 cell line is the only non-antigen specific human monoclonal B cell line that expresses surface IgM and IgD, and therefore readily differentiates upon appropriate physical stimuli. This characteristic makes the CL-01 cell line an ideal model system for in vitro studies of human B cell differentiation with implications on drug development for cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases.
