Cell lysate was prepared by homogenization in ice-cold modified RIPA Lysis Buffer with cocktail of protease inhibitors. Cell debris was removed by centrifugation. Protein concentration was determined with Bradford assay. |

Background
Raw264.7 cells are a macrophage-like, Abelson leukemia virus transformed cell line derived from BALB/c mice. They were established from the ascites of a tumor induced male mouse via intraperitoneal injection of Anselon Leukemia Virus (A-MuLV). Raw264.7 cells are capable of antibody dependent lysis of sheep erythrocytes and tumor targets. Growth of Raw264.7 cells is inhibited by lipopolysaccharides (LPS).

guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.
