 Part-Time Customer Service Specialist (Littleton, CO)

Reports To:  Director of Customer and Technical Service

Role Summary:  Looking for a team member who will perform daily customer service activities for all saleable product types which include email, online, and phone correspondence. The position will be best suited for someone who enjoys customer service. This position is part-time, offering up to 20hrs per week, afternoon availability is preferable.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Handles order entry via email, fax, online. Support full time order entry staff based on order load
  2. Liaises with other customer support members in US, as well as other departments to insure timely delivery of products
  3. Additional projects will likely be assigned as applicable. This will require someone who is flexible, eager to learn and willing to take on greater responsibility.
  4. Must be willing to work afternoons, 12-4pm or 1-5pm Monday – Friday.

Essential Skills and Experience

  1. Required high school diploma.
  2. Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
  3. Ability to manage time well.
  4. Customer service experience is a plus.
  5. Must be able to use a computer.

 Research Associate – Conjugations and Flow Cytometry (Littleton, CO)

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Research Associate with hands-on experience in flow cytometry and a working knowledge of protein purification.  In this role, the Research Associate will work to support manufacturing of conjugated antibodies and will be primarily responsible for regular QC of these antibodies via flow cytometry.  Management of data generated through these assays is also expected.  This position will require routine performance of multiple, complex yet repetitive tasks in a demanding commercial laboratory.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture of conjugated antibodies
  • Sample selection for flow cytometric QC of conjugated antibodies
  • Staining and analysis of primary cells and cell lines in flow cytometry
  • Data analysis and management to support product insert requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • BS/BA in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or related discipline
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience (undergraduate laboratory experience is acceptable)
  • Experience independently staining and analyzing samples in flow cytometry
  • Familiarity with protein purification methods, specifically SEC
  • Excellent small volume pipetting skills
  • Some cell culture experience is desirable
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and general PC use
  • Comfort handling large datasets
  • Superior Attention to Detail
