1.  Novus Canada Divisional Manager

Reports to: CFO of Novus Biologicals, LLC in Colorado

Role Summary:  Novus is looking to hire a Divisional Manager to operate and manage Novus’ Canadian Division located in Oakville, Canada.  The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and ethical individual with proven management experience.  The Divisional Manager will run all aspects of the Novus Canada office, including P&L responsibility, operations, marketing, business development and HR.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Scientific background working with antibodies and reagents
• Ability to expand the company’s brand and market penetration in Canada by working closely with customers, collaborators, universities, research institutions and employees
• High level of motivation with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and colleagues in Canada, the US and UK
• Experience in establishing procurement, marketing, distribution, field and technical services policies and procedures in coordination with the corporate office
• Strong commitment to maintaining quality service by establishing and directing standard operating procedures for the office
• Ability to multi-task and resolve operational issues
• Experience in establishing and overseeing financial plans, budgets, and market penetration measurements; allocating financial and human resources; analytical review of performance and making adjustments as needed.

You will be expected to establish a marketing and business development plan for Canada and attend Canadian scientific meetings to increase the Novus brand, market penetration and visibility.
