Background: ERK1 is ubiquitously expressed in various tissues and cells. It is activated by phosphorylation of neighbouring serine and threonine residues by MEK1 and MEK2 in response to diverse stimuli such as growth factors and mitogens.

Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. |
