Regarding your enquiry about ADRB2 (Human) Recombinant Protein (Catalog #: H00000154-G01), its storage buffer is only 25 mM Tris-HCl of pH8.0 containing 2% glycerol. Moreover, just a friendly sharing that the ADRB2 human recombinant protein is embedded in the liposomal membrane. In our experience, heating may cause membrane protein aggregation, and most of the membrane protein would be stuck on stacking gel when running SDS-PAGE. As membrane protein is easy aggregated after heating, we do not heat membrane protein. We mix the protein with sample buffer and load it to gel directly.
