Specific for Synacthen (1-24 ACTH) and has no cross reaction with CLIP(ACTH 17-39). Positive with rat N-terminal ACTH peptide. Reacts <1% with insulin, KLH and BSA. Cross reacts with rat N-terminal ACTH.
