Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with ACE/CD143 Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-08557) O/N at 4C, followed by HRP-conjugated Secondary Antibody and ECL detection. A specific band was detected for ACE/CD143 (as indicated) in the parental SK-N-FI cell line, but is not detectable in knockout SK-N-FI cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/500.
