Immuno-microscopy of GFP antibody. Monocyte derived dendritic cells and dermal macrophages were challenged and directly visualized with eGFP labeled Dengue virus to localize sequestration of virus particles in the different cells (upper). The location of the GFP was confirmed by TEM (lower magnified view) using rabbit anti GFP Primary antibody (1:200) and a gold labeled secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TRF-2 Antibody [NB110-57130] - Analysis in xenografted human breast cancer tissue using DAB with hematoxylin counterstain.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TRF-2 Antibody [NB110-57130] - Analysis of FFPE human breast cancer tissue with rabbit polyclonal TRF2 antibody at a dilution of 1:200. The staining was developed with HRP-DAB detection method and the counterstaining was performed using hematoxylin. This TRF2 antibody generated an expected nuclear signal in all the cancer cells and the stromal cells. In the tested section, only a subset of myoepithelial cells showed positivity for this protein.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TRF-2 Antibody [NB110-57130] - NIH3T3 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with anti-TRF-2 Antibody NB110-57130 at 2 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

Flow Cytometry: TRF-2 Antibody [NB110-57130] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with TRF-2 Antibody NB110-57130 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-24891 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1.0 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Dylight 550 (SA5-10033, Thermo Fisher).

Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to phycoerythrin.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TLR4 Antibody (76B357.1) [NB100-56566] - RH-30 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with anti-TLR4 Antibody (76B357.1) NB100-56566 at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

Lane 1 and 2 were loaded with 2.5 ug and 500 ng of dog IL-1b respectively. The molecular weight of the detected band is estimated by comparison to molecular weight markers (not shown). Detection occurred using a 1:3,000 dilution of IRDye (TM) 800 conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG for 1h at room temperature.

Immunohistochemistry: TLR7 Antibody [NBP2-24906] - Expression of the TLRs 5 and 7 were evaluated in the PDAC tissue by their staining intensity using TLR5 antibody (NBP2-24787) and TLR7 antibody (NBP2-24906). Note negative staining in E and G; positive staining in F and H. For TLR7 immunopositivity was detectable in the cytoplasm with no notable membranous or nuclear positivity. TLR5 showed distinctive nuclear positivity, and detectable positivity in the cytoplasm in some samples. Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD63 Antibody (H5C6) [NBP2-42225] - HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with anti-CD63 Antibody [H5C6] conjugated to DyLight 550 (NBP2-42225R) at 5 ug/ml for 1 hour at room temperature. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

Flow Cytometry: CD63 Antibody (H5C6) [NBP2-42225] - An intracellular stain was performed on SK-MEL-28 cells with CD63 (H5C6) Antibody NBP2-42225R (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to DyLight 550.
