Although fibronectin was increased in all of these cell types, ER stress was only observed in TM cells. (D) Human GTM3 or ARPE-19 cells were treated with Veh or Dex for 3 days. Fibronectin & chronic ER stress markers ATF4 & CHOP were examined in cellular lysates (n = 2).
