Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the antibody for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.

Background

Sheep anti-TGN38 recognises a glycoprotein designated TGN38 that is found primarily in the Trans-golgi network, and has been found to be an excellent marker for this cellular organelle. TGN38 is likely to have a role in intracellular transport. It is the homologue of human TGN46.
