R-Phycoerythrin Antibody [Texas Red] Summary
This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole goat serum produced by repeated immunizations with highly purified R-Phycoerythrin from the seaweed gracilaria.
This product is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforSuitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Fluorescein coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

FAQs for R-Phycoerythrin Antibody (NBP1-97385). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQ).
I am looking for anti-PE antibody suitable for multiple immunofluorescence (FITC, DAPI, Alexa 647) and I found these antibodies from your company: anti-R-PE antibody [TRITC] (catalog # AP09206TC-N) and anti-R-PE antibody [Texas red] (catalog # NBP1-97385). Can these antibodies be used against PE? Which one would you recommend for this combination of color?
- R-PE and PE are the same thing, so both of these antibodies may be used to detect PE. As far as which color to use, I would recommend choosing whichever one best fits your instrument and color panel.
