Application Notes
The 14-4-4S antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.06 ug per test. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.

Reactivity Notes

This antibody is reactive to Mouse, Rat. Please note that this antibody is reactive to Mouse and derived from the same host, Mouse. Additional Mouse on Mouse blocking steps may be required for IHC and ICC experiments. Please contact Technical Support for more information.
