Western blot shows lysates of Cetuximab, Brentuximab, Teprotumumab, Aducanumab, and Ipilimumab. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Anti- Ipilimumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10064) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Ipilimumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
