Background

HiLytePlus(TM) 555 is a new fluorescent labeling dye with the structure designed for maximum brightness when conjugated to macromolecules. The fluorescence of HiLytePlus(TM) 555 can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 552 nm/567 nm and can be detected with filters designed for Cy3 dyes. HiLytePlus(TM) 555-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function.
