Applications/Dilutions

Dilutions
  • Western Blot 1:1000 - 1:10000
  • Flow Cytometry 1:100 - 1:2000
  • Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:100 - 1:250
Application Notes
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required - stain 1 x 10E6 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 - 1:250 should be suitable for most applications.

Reactivity Notes

Cross-reacts with Mouse.Does not cross-react with Cow, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat or Sheep. Not yet tested in other species.
