Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per 10 6 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reactivity Notes

Mouse. Please note that this antibody is reactive to Mouse and derived from the same host, Mouse. Additional Mouse on Mouse blocking steps may be required for IHC and ICC experiments. Please contact Technical Support for more information.


This antibody was raised by immunization with BALB/c mouse splenocytes. It specifically reacts with mouse IgD of Igh-Ca haplotype, but does not react with b and c haplotypes. This antibody is able to induce B cell activation and proliferation.
