1. I would like to ask for confirmation that offered HeLa Lysate (NB820-59462) does not possess any proteases inhibitors (no information about it in datasheet)? I would like to measure metalloproteases activity of these lysates so the presence of metalloperoteases inhibitors exclude possibility of your product usage during my studies.
   • Please find the full list of buffer constituents below: HEPES (pH7.9), KCl, Sucrose, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, MagCl2, EDTA, Glycerol, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. We include protease inhibitors in all of the lysates that we sell to keep them from degrading.
