Determined by a cell proliferation assay using balb/c 3T3 cells. The expected EDSO for this effect is 50-200 ng/ml.

Reconstitute with water to a final concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/ml.
After reconstituted, dilute further with other aqueous solutions.
