Western blot shows lysates of SH‑SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and NMuMG mouse mammary gland epithelial cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7197) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL at approximately 56 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human heart using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7197) at 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC004). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cardiomyocytes. Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL was detected in immersion fixed SH‑SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7197) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Fibronectin Antibody [NBP1-91258] - NIH-3T3 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-Fibronectin at 2 ug/mL overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at 1:500. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) NB100-690 was used as a co-stain at 1:1000 and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

  1. Regarding NBP1-89811 FXIII ab. Could you please tell me if this antibody recognizes the FXIII a subunits? Or both A and B? It cannot be seen from the datasheet, and I do not know the A subunit's sequence. Could you recommend an antibody directed to FXIII A?
    • This antibody detects FXIII B subunit. We do have several antibodies that detect the A subunit. As I do not know your planned application, I can not recommend one specifically, but you should be able to find one that suits your need.
