The EDSO range = 10 -100 ng/ml, determined by the dose dependent chemotaxis with human lymphocytes cultured in the presence of IL-2.
Packaging, Storage & Formulations
Store at -20C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Sterile filtered and with no additives.
Reconstitute with water to a final concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
After reconstituted, dilute further with other aqueous solutions.

Human MIG (monokine induced by interferon gamma) is produced by microphages and other cells. It is a member of thealpha chemokine family (C-X-C) of cytokines. MIG acts as a chemoattractant toward monocytes, lymphocytes, and certain T cells. Human MIG is an 11.7 kDa protein that consists of 103 amino acid residues.
