CD98 Antibody (IPO-T10) [Alexa Fluor (R) 405] Summary

After repeated immunization of BALB/c mice, IPO-T10 was generated by fusion of the mouse splenocytes with the mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 mouse myeloma cell line.

Application Notes
IPO-T10 strongly stains monocytes and all haemopoietic cells except red blood cells. Its expression is upregulated after activation. The mAb is clustered at the 6th International Leucocyte Typing Workshop.
