Reactivity Notes

This clone has been shown to neutralize the biological activity of recombinant human NGFB and recombinant rat NGFB, but not recombinant mouse NGFB. When used as a capture antibody in ELISAs, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat NGFB and mouse NGFB.Not yet tested in other species. Please note that this antibody is reactive to Mouse and derived from the same host, Mouse. Additional Mouse on Mouse blocking steps may be required for IHC and ICC experiments.
