Western Blot: ARHGAP12 Antibody [NBP2-23690] - Whole cell protein from A549 (lane 1), MCF7 (lane 2) and HepG2 (lane 3) was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with a 1:500 dilution of anti-RhoGap12 in 1% milk and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.
