Acetyl Histone H4 Antibody Pack

Histone H4 acetyl Lysine 16 was detected in HeLa cells using Rabbit Anti-Human Histone H4 acetyl Lysine 16 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB21-2077). Cells were stained using a FITC-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red).

Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 10mM Sodium (Na) Butyrate for 24 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-HumanAcetyl Histone H4 (Lys5) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9549) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Acetyl Histone H4 (Lys5) at approximately 12 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Western blot shows lysates of Tera‑2 human embryonic lung carcinoma cell line, Nalm‑6 human Pre-B acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti‑Human Acetyl Histone H4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5215) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Acetyl Histone H4 at approximately 12 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
