Immunohistochemistry: SMN Antibody (2B1) [NB100-1936] - CBs lose their colocalization with SMN nuclear foci in diabetic mice. Normal and pathological distribution of SMN proteins in sensory neurons. SMN proteins were found throughout the cytoplasm and as nuclear foci in control sensory neurons. Cells were probed with a PDI monoclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:75 for at least 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS, and incubated with DyLight 488 goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:250 for 30 minutes at room temperature. Actin was stained with DyLight 650 Phalloidin at a dilution of 1:120 (2.5 units/ml final concentration) and nuclei (blue) were stained with Hoechst at a concentration of 1ug/ml for 30 minutes.
