All co-localizations were observed following merging images of GFP-tagged proteins with those of Golgi, endosomes, plasma membrane, alpha-tubulin or caveolin-1 labeling. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Flotillin-1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate.  Flotillin-1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Flotillin-1 antibody NBP1-79021 which recognizes an upstream epitope.Simple Western: Flotillin-1 Antibody [NBP1-79022] - Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Exosome Standards (A549 cell line) (NBP3-11645), exosome standards (HT29 cell line) (NBP3-11685), and COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line whole cell lysate (WCL), loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Flotillin-1 at approximately 51 kDa (as indicated) using 1:250 ug/mL of Flotillin-1 antibody (NBP1-79022). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
