A specific band was detected for Decorin at approximately  140-149 kDa (as indicated) using 5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human  Decorin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF143).  This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using  the 12-230 kDa separation system.

The membrane was probed with 1.0 ug/mL anti-Histone h3 in block buffer and detected with an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PCNA Antibody (PC10) [NB500-106] - HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized for 10 minutes using cold (-20C) MeOH. The cells were incubated with anti-PCNA [PC10] at 5 ug/mL overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse IgG Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
