NBP2-50037
Knockout Validated: c-Fos Antibody (2H2) [NBP2-50037] - Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and c-Fox knockout (KO) HeLa cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Mouse Anti-Human c-Fox Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-50037) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for c-Fox at approximately 52 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Western Blot: c-Fos Antibody (2H2) [NBP2-50037] - Analysis of cell lysates using mouse c-Fos mAb, dilution 1:1,000 (Green), and rabbit GAPDH pAb, dilution 1:20,000 (Red) used as a loading control. [1] protein standard (red), [2] HeLa cells in serum free media. [3] HeLa cells stimulated with 20% fetal bovine serum for 2hrs after 36hrs in serum free media. [4] rat cortical neurons. [5] rat cortical neurons treated with membrane depolarization buffer for 5hrs. Multiple bands at 50-65kDa in stimulated or treated cell lysates correspond to different forms of the c-Fos proten. The single band at 37 kDa represents GAPDH protein.

NBP1-92684
Western Blot: Doublecortin Antibody (3E1) [NBP1-92684] - Analysis of rat whole brain lysates using mouse mAb to Doublecortin (DCX), NBP1-92684, dilution 1:1,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] adult rat brain, [3] embryonic E20 rat brain. Strong bands at 40, 45kDa correspond to DCX protein, detected only in the developing brain.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Doublecortin Antibody (3E1) [NBP1-92684] - Analysis of cortical neuron-glial cell culture from E20 rat stained with mouse mAb to Doublecortin (DCX), NBP1-92684, dilution 1:1,000 in red, and costained with chicken pAb to Microtubule Associated Protein2 (MAP2), dilution 1:10,000 in green. The blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. DCX antibody reveals strong cytoplasmic staining in a population of small developing neurons and their processes, while MAP2 antibody stains dendrites and perikarya of mature neurons. Therefore DCX antibody is an excellent marker of developing neuronal cells.

NBP2-25160
Western Blot: Rhodopsin Antibody (B630) [NBP2-25160] - Blot of bovine retinal extracts. The antibody stains a band corresponing to retinal Rhodopsin at about 35kDa. Bands about 70 kDa and 140 kDa are aggregated forms of Rhodopsin. Note, due to the highly hydrophobic nature of Rhodopsin, it is important to avoid boiling samples containing this protein in SDS-PAGE sample buffer, as this will result in even more extensive aggregation of the Rhodopsin protein and appearance of more of this high molecular weight material.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Rhodopsin Antibody (B630) [NBP2-25160] - High magnification confocal image of pig retinal section stained with NBP2-25160 (Green). Rhodopsin is most abundant in the rod outer segments (ROS) of retina, clearly localized in rod membranes. The rod inner segments (RIS) and rod nuclei in the outer nuclear layer (ONL) are also seen in this image. Nuclear DNA was stained with DAPI (blue).
