Zuska Disease is a rare but recurrent disease in which large draining abscesses form around the nipples of the affected patient. The abscesses formed by Zuska disease are very painful and discharge fluids every so often. Zuska disease, also known as lactiferous fistula or subareolar abscess is very painful and can only be cured by removing the abscesses which will almost always return.
