Zimmermann-laband Syndrome causes extreme deformities such as hypoplasia of the fingers, nail dysplasia, and hypermobility of the joints. In almost all cases Zimmermann-laband Syndrome will also cause deformities facially such as enlarged and underdeveloped nose and mouth.
