Stage Ii Uterine Corpus Cancer Ajcc V6: Disease Bioinformatics
Uterine Cancer, also referred to as uterine corpus cancer, is localized in the uterus and is frequently referred to as endometrial cancer because it forms in the lining of the uterus (the endometrium). Uterine cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women and is the most frequently diagnosed gynecologic cancer. In stage II of uterine corpus cancer, the tumor has spread from the uterus to locations such as the cervical stroma, but not to distant locations throughout the body.
