Staining with antibody 11H9. Glomerular staining pattern. Fixation in 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS pH 7.4. Vibratome sections of 4 um. Pretreated with 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 min to quench endogenous peroxidases. Microwaved in antigen unmasking solution for 2-5 minutes as antigen retrieval.

Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was incubated with VisUBlock™ Mouse on Mouse Blocking Reagent (Catalog # VB001) and then subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to lymphocytes.
