Pseudomonas Meningitis: Disease Bioinformatics

Meningitis causes inflammation of the meninges which is the protective membranes surrounding the in the brain and spinal cord. The inflammation is caused by an infection in the fluid surrounding the brain or spinal. Pseudomonas Meningitis is bacterial meningitis that is caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The symptoms of Pseudomonas Meningitis fever, headache, and clouded consciousness. Since Pseudomonas Meningitis is bacterial meningitis, it is more severe than other types and can be treated with antibiotics.

Top Research Reagents

We have 203 products for the study of Pseudomonas Meningitis that can be applied to Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry from our catalog of antibodies and ELISA kits.

Western Blot: LAMC2 Antibody (CL2980) [NBP2-42388] - Lane 1: Marker [kDa] 460, 268, 238, 171, 117, 71, 55, 41, 31 Lane 2: Human cell line A-431Immunohistochemistry: LAMC2 Antibody (CL2980) [NBP2-42388] - Staining of human lymph node shows absence of immunoreactivity in lymphoid tissue (negative control).

Mouse Monoclonal
Species Human
Applications WB, IHC, IHC-P

Western Blot: DNMT3B Antibody (52A1018) [NB100-56514] - Dnmt3b Antibody (52A1018) [NB100-56514] - Analysis of lysates from 293 cells transfected with mouse Dnmt3a (Lanes 1) and Dnmt3b (Lanes 2). Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: DNMT3B Antibody (52A1018) [NB100-56514] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with primary antibody at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
