Western Blot: ATP Citrate Lyase Antibody (5F8D11) [NBP2-37429] - Western blot analysis using ACLY mouse mAb against HeLa (1), NIH3T3 (2), C6 (3), COS7 (4), and Raji (5) cell lysate.Immunocytochemistry: ATP Citrate Lyase Antibody (5F8D11) [NBP2-37429] - Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells using ACLY mouse mAb (green). Blue: DRAQ5 fluorescent DNA dye. Red: Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor-555 phalloidin.

Mouse Monoclonal
Species Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications WB, ELISA, Flow

Western Blot: Perforin Antibody (CB5.4) [NBP1-97512] - Detection of perforin in the mouse T cell clone B6.1. (lane 1). Absence of perforin in the mouse fibroblast cell line NIH.3T3 (lane 2). The protein migrates as a 66 kDa species. Method: Cell extracts from the T cell clone B6.1 (2x10^6) were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with the CB5.4 antibody at 1 ug/ml. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to rat IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.Flow Cytometry: Perforin Antibody (CB5.4) [NBP1-97512] - Analysis of 106 Jurkat cells using Perforin (mouse) Monoclonal Antibody (CB5.4), DyLight488 Conjugate at a concentration of 50 ug/mL.
