Myelaemia: Disease Bioinformatics

Research of Myelaemia has been linked to Leukemia, Anemia, Hematological Disease, Myeloid Leukemia, Primary Myelofibrosis. The study of Myelaemia has been mentioned in research publications which can be found using our bioinformatics tool below. Myelaemia has been researched in relation to the Coagulation Pathway. This pathway complements our catalog of research reagents for the study of Myelaemia including antibodies and ELISA kits against OSTEOPETROSIS, ABL1, BCR, CSF3, F12.

Myelaemia Bioinformatics Tool

Laverne is a handy bioinformatics tool to help facilitate scientific exploration of related genes, diseases and pathways based on co-citations. Explore more on Myelaemia below! For more information on how to use Laverne, please read the How to Guide.

Top Research Reagents

We have 278 products for the study of Myelaemia that can be applied to Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry from our catalog of antibodies and ELISA kits.

Western Blot: c Abl [p Tyr412] Antibody [NSB252] - Extracts of fibroblasts infected w/ oncogenic dSH3-Abl (1-4) or recombinant phosphorylated c-Abl (5, 6) were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% Tris-glycine gel and transferred to PVDF. The membrane was either treated with YOP phosphatase (5) or untreated (1-4, 6), blocked with 5% BSA-TBST buffer ON at 4C, and then incubated with Ab for 2hrs at RT in a 3% BSA-TBST buffer, following prior incubation w/ no peptide (1, 5, 6), non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen (2), generic phosphotyrosine containing peptide (3), the phosphopeptide immunogen (4). Only the peptide corresponding to NSB252 blocks the Ab signal, demonstrating the specificity of the Ab. Phosphatase stripping eliminates the signal, verifying the Ab is phospho-specific.

Western Blot: Factor XII/F12 Antibody [NBP1-94203] - WB analysis of F12 in 1. NIH 3T3 cell lysate and 2. Cos7 cell lysate.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Factor XII Antibody [NBP1-94203] - F12 antibody was tested in NIH/3T3 cells with FITC (green). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Western Blot: BCR Antibody [NBP1-19097] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-BCR antibody used for IP at 10 mcg/mg lysate. BCR was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BCR antibody NBP1-19098, which recognizes a downstream epitopeImmunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: BCR Antibody [NBP1-19097] - Human K562 cells (contains the chromosomal translocation, t(9:22) that creates the BCR/ABL fusion gene). Antibody used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: Green-fluorescent goat anti-rabbit IgG - AlexaFluor 488 used at a dilution of 1:1,000.
