MOMO syndrome is a condition that is named after the characteristics of its acronym (MOMO). The first characteristic is Macrosomia, which is a large birth weight. The second characteristic is Obesity. The third characteristic is Macrocephaly, which is a large head circumference. The final characteristic is ocular abnormalities. Other symptoms of MOMO syndrome include mental disabilities and late bone maturation. MOMO syndrome is an extremely rare disease, and it is thought that it is an autosomal dominant mutation.
