Western Blot: S100B Antibody (15F4NB) [NBP2-45224] - Total protein from human brain (lane 1) and mouse brain (lane 2) was separated on a 4-15% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to 0.2 um PVDF membrane for 30 minutes and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2 ug/ml anti-S100B in 1% milk and detected with an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: S100B Antibody (15F4NB) [NBP2-45224] - A431 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with S100B (15F4NB) at a 1:100 dilution overnight at 4 degrees Celsius and detected with Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were detected with DAPI (Blue) at 2.0 ug/ml in 1X PBS. Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Western Blot: S100A1 Antibody (4C4.9) [NBP2-29403] - Analysis of human brain lysate using S100 antibody at 1 ug/ml.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: S100A1 Antibody (4C4.9) [NBP2-29403] - Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human melanoma stained with S100 Ab (4C4.9).

Western Blot: Vimentin Antibody [NB300-223] - Western blot of crude extract of human embryonic kidney Hek293 cells stained with NB300-223, showing a single strong clean band at approx. 50kDa.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Vimentin Antibody [NB300-223] - View of mixed neuron/glial cultures stained with NB300-223 (green) and rabbit antibody to GFAP antibody NB300-141(red). Vimentin is expressed alone in fibroblastic and endothelial cells, which are the flattened cells in the middle of the image which appear green. Astrocytes may express primarily GFAP, or GFAP and vimentin, and so appear red (GFAP only) or golden yellow (GFAP and Vimentin). In cells which express both GFAP and vimentin, the two protein assemble to produce heteropolymer filaments.
