Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TfR2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3120) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # <a class=  Simple  Western lane view shows lysates of human liver tissue, loaded at  0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for TfR2 at approximately  104 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human  TfR2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3120). This experiment was conducted  under reducing conditions and using the<br>12-230 kDa separation  system.<BR>Non-specific interaction  with the 230 kDa Simple Western standard may be seen with this antibody.

The cells were incubated with anti-Ferroportin 1 at 5.0 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) [NB100-690] was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
