Western Blot: Phospholamban Antibody (2D12) [NB300-582] - Analysis of 25 ug of human heart (lane 1) and C2C12 (lane 2).Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Phospholamban Antibody (2D12) [NB300-582] - Mouse heart tissue (right) compared to a negative control without primary antibody (left). Formalin-fixed tissue was permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Tissue was probed with a phospholamban monoclonal antibody in 3% BSA-PBS at a dilution of 1:100 and incubated overnight at 4 degrees C in a humidified chamber. Tissue was washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight-conjugated secondary antibody in PBS at room temperature in the dark. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst or DAPI (blue). Images were taken at a magnification of 60x.

Western Blot: Lamin A + C Antibody (4C4) [NBP2-25151] - Stripe blots of crude HeLa cell extract. Note two strong clean bands at 74 kDa and 64 kDa, corresponding to Lamin A and C, in lane 6. Lane 5 was stained with an antibody to Enolase 1. Lanes 3 and 4 were stained with NBP2-25142, the monoclonal antibody to all six Actin isotypes. Molecular weights of each protein are as indicated.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Lamin A + C Antibody (4C4) [NBP2-25151] - HeLa cells staing with NBP2-25151 (red), and counterstained with chicken polyclonal antibody to Vimentin NB300-223 (green) and DNA (blue). NBP2-25151 reveals strong nuclear lamina staining, while the Vimentin antibody reveals cytoplasmic intermediate filaments.
