Other band(s): None.Western Blot: Plasminogen Antibody [NB600-930] - Detection of Plasminogen under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. Reduced samples of purified target proteins contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Samples of 1ug of protein per lane were run by SDS-PAGE. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with 1:3000 dilution of primary antibody. Detection shown was using Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti goat 1 hr RT.

Green: Fibrinogen gamma protein stained by Fibrinogen gamma antibody  diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [B-5-1-2]  diluted at 1:10000. Blue:  Hoechst 33342 staining.

A specific band was detected for Serpin E1/PAI‑1 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated) using 1:100 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human Serpin E1/PAI‑1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17861). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.        Non-specific interaction with the 230 kDa Simple Western standard may be seen with this antibody.
