U266 cells were treated with 100 uM of control (A & B) or NBD peptide (C & D) for 12 hr, cytospun, plated on glass slides, air dried for 1 hr at room temperature and fixed with cold acetone. Slides were blocked with 5% normal goat serum for 1 hr and then incubated with rabbit polyclonal anti-human p65 antibody (A & C) followed by Ig-Alexa 594 second step. In control peptide treated cells, p65 translocates to nucleus (A), whereas NBD peptide prevents translocation of p65 into the nucleus (C). B & D: Nuclear staining with DNA binding dye.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase alpha/ACACA Antibody [NBP2-89114] - Staining Acetyl CoA Carboxylase 1 (ACC1) in SiHa cells (green). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 1% Blocker BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the antibody at a dilution of 1:200 for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS. Alexa Fluor(TM) 488 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody at 1/100 dilution. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase alpha/ACACA Antibody [NBP2-89114] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-Acetyl CoA Carboxylase 1 (ACC1) antibody.
