Brain Pathology: Disease Bioinformatics

The brain is the source of all functions of the body. Where there is a disease in the brain, it can affect virtually anywhere in the body, depending on the location, type, and severity of the disease. There exist a multitude of brain diseases, including encephalitis, meningitis, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. The diseases can also result from a variety of causes, including trauma, infections, tumors, autoimmune disorders, and stroke. Every type of brain pathology shows different symptoms and requires different treatments, and no brain disease should be taken lightly.
